Founder
With nearly 15 years of experience as a social worker, organizer, educator, congressional staffer, policy advocate, and communications specialist, Melissa brings a robust set of skills, wisdom, and experience to her consulting practice. She is thoughtful and effective in advancing equity and systemic change through strong interpersonal skills, policy advocacy, campaign strategy, writing skills, strategic communications, media relations, coalition building, and project management.

Radiah brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit strategic communications, anti-oppressive practice, racial justice, and organizational change. Radiah has uniquely bridged her strategic communications expertise and anti-oppressive social work training to implement and advise on communications strategies that broaden the generation and dissemination of content that elevates the intersection of racial justice with climate change, education, health, and affordable housing.
